Unknown to many, Kelvin who emerged winner of the fifth edition (2016) of the popular music reality show, MTN Hitmaker has re-branded and changed his stage name to Kurl Songx.

Although it is not clear why he decided to rebrand, some music lovers say his rebranding is in a good direction while others think otherwise.
Kelvin, now Kurl Songx in a recent interview as monitored by www.fnnewsonline.com, wasn’t ready to also open up on the rebranding, however, the little he said was that, Kurl was coined from Kelvin to make it easy for people to pronounce.
Kurl Songx has released two songs this year all featuring Sarkodie and the most popular track is ‘Jennifer Lamotey’ which triggered some tribe sentiments among the Korbos.
He has released video for ‘Whistle’ featuring Sarkodie again.
