Nigerian Afrobeats superstar Davido has achieved a major milestone as his chart-topping album ‘Timeless’ earns Silver Certification in the United Kingdom.

According to Chart Data, the album surpassed 100,000 units sold in the UK, qualifying it for a silver plaque under the British Phonographic Industry (BPI) standards.
Released on March 31, 2023, Timeless is Davido’s fourth studio album and features a blend of Afrobeats, reggae, dancehall, konto, highlife, and Afropop.
The 17-track project includes collaborations with global stars such as Skepta, Asake, Dexta Daps, Fave, Cavemen, and Angelique Kidjo.
The album has broken several streaming records across Spotify Nigeria, Audiomack, Boomplay, and YouTube, further cementing Davido’s status as one of Africa’s most influential artists.
Timeless also earned Grammy nominations for Best Global Album, Best African Song Performance (Unavailable), and Best Global Song Performance (Feel). The single Unavailable has also been certified Silver in the UK.
Following the album’s success, Davido embarked on a global “Timeless Tour,” performing in major cities including London, Toronto, New York, and Washington D.C.
