Swedru All Blacks is the most ungrateful club I managed-Prince Koffie

Ghanaian coach Prince George Koffie has made a shocking revelation during his time with Ghana Premier League club Swedru All Blacks Football Club.

Coffie was appointed the head coach in December 2024, a time when the club was playing in the Division One League and successfully guided the ‘Ozi Oza’ lads to secure promotion to top-flight football after 16 years at the end of the 2024/25 season.

Koffie’s contract expired, and he chose not to renew, despite leading the team to a historic return to the top flight.

Under his leadership, Swedru All Blacks finished with 66 points from 30 matches, boasting 21 wins, 3 draws, and 6 losses.

According to him, despite his exploits with the club, he was treated in an unprofessional manner, adding that it remains the most ungrateful club he ever managed throughout his over three decades on the touchline.

“For All Blacks, their supporters and management didn’t treat me well. It’s the most ungrateful club I have ever coached in my 32-year coaching career,” he told Kasapa FM.

He added that a time will come when the world will attest to the actions of the club.

“I will not tell them anything; posterity will judge all of us,” he added.

The experienced tactician holds a CAF License A certificate and has managed clubs in Ghana and across the continent.

His last role was with Club African Stars in Namibia, where he qualified the side for the CAF Champions League and also had a short spell with Togolese club Uniport.
