A Staffer at the Office of the President, Nana Hesse Ogyiri a staunch member of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), currently serving as an officer at the Presidency he comes to the defense of Eugene Arhin stating that only a fool will occupy Eugene’s position and not make such properties.
This comes after social media users bemoan the list of properties, Eugene has to be able to acquire within his four years of appointment as a communication Director at the presidency.
The list came to the public domain after Eugene’s wife Mrs. Gloria Assan Arhin filed for a divorce and asked for some of the properties as settlement.
Ghanaians got stunned at how Mr. Eugene Arhin who lived with the wife at his sister’s residence in 2016 and subsequently rented his own room before becoming communication director at the presidency, has being able to buy expensive buildings in prime areas of Accra as a communication Director for four years.
However, Nana Hesse Ogyiri who was reacting to a social media post, stated ” have you seen or heard of any report involving Eugene Arhin of corruption?
The gentleman is an intelligent and smart guy therefore his properties. It is only a fool who will occupy such a position and not make properties” he concluded.
