Nsoatreman FC wins first CAF Confederation cup match

Nsoatreman FC has secured a win in the preliminary round of the 2024/25 CAF Confederation Cup game over Chad’s Elect Sport at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The Ghana FA Cup champions secured a commanding 3-0 win in their debut appearance. The goals came in the 30th, 34th and 36th minute. The starter came from, Mohammed Abdul Rahman then a clinical finish from Adu Kwabena Meider to double the lead.

Mohammed Abdul Rahman sealed the victory by adding a second goal.

The second half of the Africa inter-club competition became more physical resulting into Elect Sport goalkeeper receiving a red card for handling the ball outside the penalty area.

Yaw Preko’s boys will face CS Constantine or Police FC in the second round in Sepetember if they secure a win or draw in Cameroon on August 24th 2024.

The Amanaso boys looks to make Ghana proud on the Afrcan continent.
