Richard Nii Armah Quaye
Speaking in a video he posted via his Facebook account, the accomplished businessman said people are curious and always asking how he intends to celebrate this year’s birthday, which is slated for March 21st.
According to him, unlike last year, when top personalities and celebrities from Africa and other nations graced the most talked-about birthday party, there won’t be a party.
However, as a way of celebrating his day, 1,000 followers will be randomly selected across all social media platforms, and the lucky winners will receive a gold tablet each as a way of expressing gratitude and support over the years.
“My birthday is fast approaching (March 21st), and people are asking how I intend to celebrate it. I am going to celebrate my birthday by dishing out gold tablets to my followers. There will be no party, but I want to celebrate it with my followers, where 1,000 of them will be picked randomly from all my social media accounts,” he said.
Nii Armah, who doubles as the president of RNAQ Holdings, the parent company that holds Quick Angels Limited and Bills Micro Credit, said these gold tablets from him should be an investment, adding that they should be kept for multiple values and can also be sold and the money used for whatever they deem fit.
“These lucky 1000 followers will get gold from me, which will come from GoldBod, and it will be an investment for them. I want them to keep it for themselves so that at a point where the value multiples and it becomes valuable to them, they can go back to Goldbod, sell it, and use the money to do whatever they deem fit. ”.
Speaking on how the process will be conducted and random winners will be selected, Armah Quaye stated that the entire process will be transparent, and a poll will be created to pick the 1,000 followers on March 21st.
“All my followers will be placed in a poll where 1,000 people will be selected by 20th March, and they will win for themselves gold tablets,” he stressed.
He added that an event will be hosted on 21st March where the 1,000 lucky winners will be presented with their gold tablets.
In 2025, Richard Nii Armah Quaye celebrated his 40th birthday with a lavish, star-studded party on March 22 at Independence Square in Accra, Ghana.
Notable guests included Nigerian actors Ramsey Nouah, RMD, and Ini Edo, alongside musicians Davido, Diamond Platnumz, Sarkodie, King Promise, and Stonebwoy.
The event featured performances by Davido, Sarkodie, and Stonebwoy.
During the event, Armah Quaye showcased a customized private jet and a $4 million Bugatti Chiron.
