Young Apostles’ standout forward, Hussein Issah, has been named the NASCO Player of the Month for February following an impressive run of form.
Issah narrowly outshone strong contenders, including Samuel Attah Kumi of Bibiani Gold Stars, Abdul Raman of Karela United, and Augustine Okrah of Bechem United, to claim the prestigious award.
In recognition of his achievement, Hussein Issah will receive a 43-inch NASCO television and a NASCO double-door bottom-freezer refrigerator, courtesy of Electroland Ghana Limited.
Emmanuel Kobi of Bibiani Gold Stars FC has been named the February Goalkeeper of the Month by the Ex-Goalkeepers Union of Ghana, following a stellar display between the posts for the Miners.
Kobi overcame tough competition from Benjamin Asare of Hearts of Oak SC, Prince Osei of Aduana FC, and January’s winner Musah Zakari of FC Samartex 1996 to claim the prestigious award for the first time this season.
The talented shot-stopper’s composure and sharp reflexes were instrumental in Bibiani Gold Stars’ success, as he kept two clean sheets, conceded just one goal, and helped his side remain unbeaten with three impressive victories during the month.
In recognition of his achievement, Emmanuel Kobi will receive a special prize package from the Ex-Goalkeepers Union, including a branded towel, water bottles, and a T-shirt.
