A Ghanaian man based in Morocco by name Kassim Awudu has been found dead in his apartment on Thursday.
Kassim Awudu, believed to be in his late 30s, was found lifeless together with his Nigerian girlfriend, whose name is yet to be known.

According to reports, the homeowner and friends had to force entry after failing to reach them, only to discover the lifeless bodies of the couple.
The cause of death of the young man from Dormaa Ahenkro in the Bono Region and his fiancée is yet to be established, according to authorities in Morocco.
However, Moroccan authorities are still investigating what happened, as residents in the building reportedly left the scene after the discovery due to concerns about documentation and police involvement.
Police are currently working to locate and notify the families of the deceased.
Awudu is said be an ex-footballer who played in the lower divisions in Ghana before leaving for Morocco in search of greener pastures.
