Ellembelle CYCLING CLUB
The initiative, undertaken in collaboration with the Gladiators Cycling Club, brought together enthusiastic school girls who participated in an inaugural cycling ride to commemorate the occasion.
The maiden ride started from the AYA Community Center and ended at the Kwame Nkrumah Mausoleum in Nkroful, the birthplace of Ghana’s founder, Osagyefo Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
According to the MP, the establishment of the cycling club is aimed at promoting resilience, encouraging healthy lifestyles, and empowering young girls in the district to grow with confidence and leadership.
He expressed optimism that the initiative would inspire more girls in Ellembelle to engage in sports and other activities that build discipline and self-belief.
