Bernard Kofi Edem Dzinyela
This first phase of support comes at a critical time as schools across the district begin their inter-circuit sports competitions ahead of today. Recognizing the challenges faced by local schools, Bernard Dzinyela Esq. has supplied a massive haul of sports equipment to ensure every student can participate in the ongoing games.
The donation includes footballs, volleyballs, full sets of jerseys, goalkeeping gloves, officiating whistles, and captain armbands. To balance the focus between the field and the classroom, thousands of exercise books were also distributed to students across the 33 schools.
Beyond the sports equipment, the Assembly Member is tackling the urgent infrastructure needs within the district. At Dabala RC Basic School, he personally delivered two bundles of roofing sheets to facilitate the reroofing of a primary classroom block that had been in poor condition. He has further pledged to fix dilapidated classrooms, provide furniture for teachers, and oversee the reroofing of several other school blocks that have faced long-term neglect.

The second and final phase of this distribution is to be completed today, strategically timed to coincide with the opening of the inter-basic school sports competitions. As students compete in disciplines ranging from athletics and handball to football, they are doing so with brand-new gear and the promise of better learning environments. By addressing both the physical state of the classrooms and the quality of extracurricular activities, Bernard Dzinyela Esq. is setting a new standard for local representation and community-led development in South Tongu.
