Former member of defunct music clan Trinity, Kokoveli, has wished for the comeback of ‘Trinity’. In the early 2000s, Ghanaians were thrilled with good and timeless songs from a then music clan known as ‘Trinity’.
The Trinity, however, could not stand the test of time because individual interest which eventually led to the dysfunction of ‘Trinity’. As young as they were then, everyone was just trying to get a name for himself, and not the interest of the group.
[ads1]Samini is now one of the dancehall giants in Ghana, KK Fosu struggling with his highlife music and Kokoveli according to music lovers can be tagged ‘upcoming artiste’ because he faded off.
Kokoveli who was a member of the defunct Trinity clan in a recent interview with KMJ on Accra based Hitz 103.9 FM recalled some beautiful moments the group enjoyed and he wished for its comeback.
“We were like a family, yes, KK Fosu, Samini and myself had great moments then. Anytime, we got on the stage, it was just beautiful and we could wow the crowd.”
