The Volta Regional Coordinating Council (VRCC) has congratulated Togbe Afede XIV on his appointment to the 12-member Presidential Advisory Group (PAGE) on the Economy.
In a press release dated January 19, 2026, and signed by the Volta Regional Minister, James Gunu, the Council described the appointment as a testament to the Asogli State Overlord’s distinguished leadership, business acumen, and extensive experience in enterprise and governance.

According to the VRCC, the appointment reflects the profound respect Togbe Afede XIV has earned across political, business, and traditional leadership circles over the years. The Council further expressed delight at the representation of the chieftaincy institution at such a high level of national economic decision-making.
The statement noted that Togbe Afede XIV’s unwavering commitment to Ghana’s socio-economic advancement uniquely positions him to provide the strategic insights required for the country’s economic transformation.
