Subject: COMPLAINT – Professional Misconduct,

RE: Lawyer Sam Okudzeto

We wish to inform and invite the media to join us as we petition the General Legal Council on senior Lawyer Sam Okudzeto’s professional misconduct.

We have carefully read through the legal profession (professional conduct and etiquette) rules, 1969, and have followed activities of Lawyer Sam Okudzeto who is over 50-years at the bar on social media and other internet outlets and are convinced that he is guilty of touting and personal advertisement.

We are of the believe that, a senior lecturer in ethics of the profession and a foremost enforcer of the LAW, Mr. Sam Okudjeto should know better and set good examples for Juniors to follow.

Today, Wenesday, 3:00pm, we invite you to join us at the secretariat of the General Legal Council in the premises of the Ghana School of Law as we present our complaints.
