The 2025 edition of the prestigious Mama Avenor contest has ended with Madam Forgive Rosalyn Ahiaku (Mama Tsoeke) emerging as the overall winner after a fiercely contested race among ten outstanding finalists.
The culturally rich event, organized under the auspices of the Avenor Traditional Council as part of the annual Avenor Tutudoza celebrations, attracted massive public participation and excitement across the municipality.
Final results released by the organizers show Mama Tsoeke leading with 6,596 votes, followed by Makafui, who secured 5,341 votes and distinguished herself with an exceptional stage performance to claim the 1st Runner-Up position. Queen Stephanie Delali Gorni, with 5,925 votes, earned the 2nd Runner-Up spot, as judges clarified that the final outcome was based on both voting figures and on-stage delivery, confidence, and cultural presentation.

The competition showcased not only beauty and confidence but also intelligence, community values, and the rich cultural identity of the Avenor people. Other contestants, including Ewoe, Sedinam, Fiamor, Edinam, Efanam, Sroda, and Lali, demonstrated remarkable talent and commitment throughout the contest, contributing significantly to the success of this year’s pageant.
This year’s edition stood out for its improved organisation, transparency, public engagement, and strict adherence to voting and performance assessment procedures. The Traditional Council, in partnership with media houses, sponsors, and cultural institutions, ensured that the event reflected the true spirit of Avenor unity and womanhood empowerment.
