Trump announces presidential delegation to attend the Swearing-In of Akufo-Addo

The President of the United States of America, Donald John Trump has announced the selection of a Presidential delegation to attend the second swearing-in of President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, on Thursday, January 7, 2021.

This information was revealed on the White House’s foreign policy website, on January 4, 2021.

According to the statement, in attendance will be a 2-member delegation led by the United States Special Envoy for the Sahel Region of Africa, Ambassador Dr. J. Peter Pham accompanied by the United States Ambassador to the Republic of Ghana, Stephanie S. Sullivan.

President Donald J. Trump today announced the designation of a Presidential Delegation to attend the second Inauguration of His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo, President of the Republic of Ghana, on Thursday, January 7, 2021, in Accra, Ghana.

The Honorable Dr. J. Peter Pham, Ambassador, United States Special Envoy for the Sahel Region of Africa, will lead the delegation.
