Stanchart declares final dividend of GH₵1.6704 per share for 2024

Standard Chartered Bank Ghana (SCB) has announced a final dividend of GH₵1.6704 per share for the 2024 financial year.

The dividend is subject to shareholder approval at the bank’s upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Shareholders who are on record at the close of business on Friday, July 11, 2025, will qualify for the dividend. The ex-dividend date is set for Wednesday, July 9, 2025. Investors who purchase SCB shares before this date will be eligible for the payout.

However, anyone buying shares on or after July 9 will not qualify for the dividend.

SCB has confirmed that the dividend payment date is scheduled for Thursday, July 31, 2025.
