SONITA, the well-known singer who worked with the late Steady Bongo on the popular song “SONITA,” has died. The Sonita song has taken global social media challenge last year.

She passed away at her home in Gbagbato village, according to reports published by sierraloaded.sl on June 16, 2025

Her death comes months after the passing of Steady Bongo, her music partner on the “SONITA” track a song remembered for its strong message and cultural impact.
