Premier League clubs fear Victor Osimhen will choose Saudi Arabia move

Victor Osimhen is expected to move to the Saudi Pro League this summer, despite strong interest from top Premier League clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, and Manchester United. Although the Napoli striker reportedly prefers to stay in Europe, concerns over his high salary demands have made English clubs doubtful of their chances.

Chelsea had previously tried to sign Osimhen but failed to reach an agreement. Now with just a year left on his contract and a €75m (£63.5m) release clause, several clubs are keen, but believe Saudi clubs are more likely to meet his financial expectations.

Osimhen had already shown interest in a Saudi move last year when Al Ahli made a bid. That deal didn’t materialize due to Napoli’s demands, but interest from the Middle East remains strong.

With uncertainty over Osimhen’s destination, Premier League clubs are exploring other striker options, including Viktor Gyokeres, Dusan Vlahovic, Hugo Ekitike, Matheus Cunha, and Liam Delap.
