Two videos circulating on social media suggest some two men in the ongoing Oti referendum are caught on camera to have been voting more than once.
In one of the videos, a gentleman is seen standing by the voting stand and having a consistent concentration on the voting pad for close to 3munits.
The Oti region creation since day one has generated a lot of controversies. Few days to the referendum, there have been several reports of intimidation and threats directed at individuals who wish to campaign for NO vote in the Oti enclave.
