Business man and a traditional ruler HRM Oscar Yao Doe has taken to his Facebook page to explain in five simple bulletin terms why he thinks the Agyapa Royalties deal is scam.
In the post, Oscar Doe said the deal is 100% beyond sakawa to dupe Ghanaians.

The Agyapa Royalties is a company incorporated in Jersey, where it will difficult for anybody to even know the directors and the shareholders of the company which has 49% shares in the deal between it and the Government of Ghana that has 51% shares.
According Oscar Doe, the Bank of Ghana money laundering regulations is against government’s dealing with companies created under the manner in which Agyapa exits.
