Some pictures circulating on social media alleged that one of the Bodyguards of former President Mahama has prevented Rev. Owusu Bempah from shaking hands with John Mahama today at Assemblies of God Church, South Odorkor, a suburb of Accra
It is not yet clear if this is true but the photos suggested a confrontation between the man (alleged to be the bodyguard of the former president) in the top green and the preacher man.
Owusu Bempah is a known critic of the former president to the extent that he accused him of having hands in the death of the late president Prof. John Atta Mills.
“the calamity that will befall the country will be unheard of. Mark it on the wall. God is angry with President John Mahama… he has blood on his hands” – Rev. Owusu Bempah to the Host of Good Evening Ghana’s Paul Adom-Otchere on Metro TV.
He also uses the pulpit to launch personal attacks on the former President at the slighted opportunity.
