Emefa Yvette Gbeve, NDC Deputy Women Organizer for Central Tongu, has once again showcased her generosity and commitment to community development by mobilizing funds through her social media platforms to support the Global Evangelical Church in Beh-Kpetoe in the Volta Region.
The initiative was inspired by a visit to the church, where Madam Yvette observed unplastered walls and an uncemented floor in the chapel building. Moved by the situation, she launched an online fundraising campaign that successfully raised enough funds to purchase 150 bags of cement, reflecting the strong support of her followers, family, and well-wishers.
On behalf of the Global Evangelical Church, Beh-Kpetoe, church leaders expressed their gratitude, saying:
“Your generosity helped secure 150 bags of cement for the Chapel Building Project. The church is overjoyed by your kindness, and we are praying for continued blessings. Thank you again for your support!”
In response, Madam Yvette thanked her social media followers and family for their unwavering support, acknowledging that their contributions made this act of kindness possible.
This latest initiative adds to a growing record of impactful interventions by Madam Yvette in the Volta Region. She previously led NGOs to construct an ultra-modern toilet facility for her community, improving sanitation and public health. She has also donated wheelchairs to persons living with disabilities in the Wuxor, Have, and Sremanu Electoral Areas, solidifying her reputation as a champion for vulnerable groups.
