NDC is the solution to Ghana’s problems- Haruna Mohammed

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) Parliamentary candidate for the Asunafo North Constituency in the Ahafo Region, Haruna Mohammed has stated that the party is the only viable option to transform the country.

According to Haruna Mohammed, a compelling narrative of readiness for change among Ghanaians ahead of the upcoming general election is evident considering how eager the masses are for the comeback of the NDC.

In an interview on the “Rejoice Amansan Ntie” morning show, BA as he affectionately called averred that Ghana needs a change at the topmost level of its leadership. He stated that the profound challenges facing Ghanaians, ranging from high inflation, and soaring fuel prices to fluctuating exchange rates and the overall cost of goods and services are unbearable.

He noted that these economic adversities significantly impacted Ghanaians negatively; creating a fervent desire for a shift in governmental leadership.

According to the Asunafo North PC, the incumbent government must be axed from office. He said it thus leaves the NDC as the only viable option for the country.

Touting the NDC’s historical contributions to the development of Asunafo North Constituency, Mr Mohammed emphasized the party’s proactive stance in addressing the region’s needs over the years.

He said though he’s not in government, his commitment to supporting projects that benefit communities in the area, especially, infrastructure enhancements is unprecedented.

Haruna Mohammed criticized his political opponent, the incumbent Member of Parliament and the NPP’s parliamentary candidate for opportunism.

According to him, the NPP only initiates projects for personal gain and political recognition, rather than genuine dedication to community development.

He urged the constituents of Asunafo North to rally behind John Mahama and himself because the next NDC government will listen to their demands and effectively support their interests.

Finally, Haruna Mohammed urged the constituents to choose him on December 7 when they go to vote. He said he is the best option to champion the constituency’s development; promising to ensure Asunafo North becomes a district.
