Former President John Dramani Mahama has indicated that the National Democratic Congress (NDC) has the men with experience to transform and develop the country.
Mahama noted that the NDC is the only party with Ghana’s development card that ensures all-round development in the sectors of the economy whenever the party is in power, adding that most developmental projects that are verifiable in the country are the handiwork of the NDC.
Mahama made the comments when he paid a courtesy call on the chiefs and elders of Wenchi in the Bono Region as part of his Building Ghana Tour on Friday, November 17.
“We have the experience and the people to do the work,” he stated.
He further said that the NDC doesn’t take delight in lofty promises that the party will find difficult to deliver, unlike the governing New Patriotic Party (NPP), which he said made a lot of big promises and refuted them to get them fulfilled.
“We are not like them; we don’t promise when we know we can’t deliver; we don’t just promise we keep them; NDC is the only development-oriented party,” he reiterated.
