The Omankrado of Gomoa Asempayin and Divisional Omankrado, Nana Kumasah Krampah II is set to address participants at the upcoming 2nd International Conference on Multidisciplinary Approaches for Sustainable Development (ICMASD-2026) at CT University in Ludhiana, India, on February 27, 2026.
He has been invited as the Guest of Honour at the inauguration ceremony and is expected to deliver the keynote address.
The conference is expected to bring together experts, traditional leaders and scholars from around the world to discuss sustainable development and emerging global challenges. The event will serve as a platform for interdisciplinary dialogue and knowledge sharing.
In an interview with the media on Wednesday, 25th February, 2026, Nana Kumasah Krampah II, commended the president, His Excellency John Dramani Mahama for advocating the sustainability goals. He mentioned that the objectives of the conference fall in line with his mission as a traditional leader and advocate. Nana Kumasah Krampah II also expressed gratitude to the management of CT University for the honour to speak at the conference.
“This is a great opportunity for me to continue advocating for the betterment of our people. The president of Ghana has been very prudent on these matters, and I think it’s the right time we do more. The conference is also a big platform to deliberate on more such issues,” he stated.
As the Amankrakuahen of Gomoa Assin traditional area, Nana Kumasah Krampah II’s leadership and dedication to education have inspired many, and his presence is expected to have a significant impact on the participants.
