Vice President Prof. Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has emerged as the leading candidate to represent the National Democratic Congress (NDC) in the 2028 elections, according to the latest poll by Global Info Analytics.
Prof. Opoku-Agyemang secured 33% of the support in the poll, putting her ahead of Education Minister Haruna Iddrisu, who followed with 24%.
Finance Minister Ato Forson received 16%, while Foreign Affairs Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa and NDC Chairman Asiedu Nketia each garnered 13%. The poll reflects a diverse range of potential candidates, showing strong competition within the party for the 2028 flagbearer position.

As the party continues to prepare for future elections, the political scene remains fluid, with potential developments shaping the race in the coming years.
