The President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Kurt Okraku, says he will not harbor any form of corruption under his leadership.

He underscores that zero tolerance for corruption has lifted the image of the association and has no intention of going contrary to his words.

Speaking on Asaase FM, Kurt Okraku reiterated that, under his leadership, the Black Stars has received the world and continental recognition it deserves.

“Anyone associated with my leadership would tell you that we have absolute zero tolerance to corruption. We’ve made massive inroads in repairing the image of the GFA. In Africa and on the world stage, the image of Ghana is back to the level we deserve,” he said.

In October 2019, Kurt Okraku became the president of the Ghana Football Association.

He became the first president of the Ghana Football Association after the Anas “expose,” which led the Federation of International Football Association (FIFA), with the president of the Republic of Ghana dissolving the Ghana FA in 2017.

On October 5, 2023, Simon Okraku was re-elected as the president of the Ghana Football Association.
