Deputy Majority Leader Kweku Ricketts-Hagan has announced that the 2025 Mid-Year Budget Review will be presented to Parliament on Thursday, July 24.
The presentation, to be delivered by Finance Minister Dr. Cassiel Ato Forson, is expected to outline Ghana’s economic and fiscal performance for the first half of the year, as well as revisions to projections made in the 2025 Budget.
Speaking in Parliament on Friday, July 11, Ricketts-Hagan confirmed the date during the Business Statement, saying, “The mid-year again will happen on the 24th of July.”
The review will give the government the opportunity to respond to emerging economic trends and propose policy adjustments for the remainder of the year.
