A spiritual herbalist, Okyerade Sikanusuo, has shared his thoughts on marriage, strongly suggesting that the union between two people should be canceled in Africa.
According to him, marriage continues to be a canker in Africa, which has led to the pathway to the breeding of corruption, confusion, and division.
Speaking on JoyPrime, the polygamist argued that the world would have been like a heaven if we canceled marriage.
“Marriage is a problem for Africans and the world. It has brought confusion, corruption, and division into our world. We need to cancel marriage, and if we do, the world will be like heaven,” he said.
Many men in Africa are delaying or avoiding formal marriage due to high financial pressures, economic instability, unemployment, and the high costs associated with traditional dowries.
Shifting relationship models, a preference for freedom, and, in some cases, the adoption of non-traditional relationship structures contribute to this trend, according to multiple sources.
