Former Deputy Minister of Tourism, Dzifa Gomashie, has said, ex-president John Mahama should have  make many promises particularly ‘Free university’ as the now president Akufo-Addo did during the 2016 presidential elections.

[ads1] Speaking in an interview on Accra-based GHOne TV’s GhToday show, Dzifa Gomashie did not hesitate to answer a question by the host why her party and John Mahama failed to win the 2016 general elections.

According to her, Akufo-Addo and the NPP won the elections based on all their promises to the good people of Ghana.

In her opinion, Mahama failed to win the presidential seat because he did not make promises like the ruling government and Akufo-Addo did.

She said;

“I think former president John Mahama should have made many promises just like his main opponent did at the time. He could have also promise Free University Education”
