Owusu Bempah has claimed that he has evidence that John Mahama is plotting to kill President Akufo-Addo, Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia and Kennedy Agyapong, Assin Central Member of Parliament (MP).
In an interview with Accra-based Oman FM, a pro-government radio station owned by the Assin Central MP, Reverend Owusu Bempah claimed that an insider from the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) disclosed the former President’s machinations to him.
He said he too would be a victim of the murder of John Mahama as disclosed to him by his source in the NDC.
It is a treasonable offence for anybody to attempt to kill or kill a sitting President, thus, it is important that the Ghana Police Service takes up this matter, according to the interview granted Oman FM by Owusu Bempah.
