The Attorney-General and Minister for Justice, Dr Dominic Ayine, will this morning return to the Government Accountability Series with a major briefing on the Ken Ofori-Atta case and substantial recoveries made in the fight against cybercrime.
This is according to the Minister of Government Communications, Felix Kwakye Ofosu
It would be recalled that the Office of the Special Prosecutor has declared “Kenneth Nana Yaw Ofori-Atta a wanted person, being a fugitive from justice” on Feb. 12, 2025.

– Contractual arrangements between Strategic Mobilisation Ghana Limited and the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA). -
Electricity Company Contract Termination
– Termination of a contract between the Electricity Company of Ghana and Beijing Xiao Cheng Technology (BXC). -
National Cathedral Project
– Procurement procedures and financial transactions related to the National Cathedral. -
Ambulance Procurement
– A Ministry of Health contract with Service Ghana Auto Group Limited for the purchase and maintenance of 307 ambulances. -
GRA Tax P-Fund Management
– Handling and disbursement of funds from the Tax P-Fund Account of the GRA.
The government of Ghana’s security agencies have also been collaborating with the United States’ FBI in the arrest and extradition of some Ghanaians on allegations of cyber crimes.
