Former President John Dramani Mahama will outdoor his running mate for the December 7 elections, Professor Naana Jane Opoku- Agyemang, Monday, July 27 at 1845 hours.

The distinguished and respected academic, Prof Opoku-Agyemang, is the first female running mate on the ticket of a major political party in Ghana.
A statement issued by the NDC’s campaign spokesperson, Agyenim Boateng said, “She is credited with pursuing a healthy mixture of innovative policy initiatives, quality outcomes and massive infrastructural development during her tenure as Minister for Education.”
It said because of the COVID-19 protocols, the ceremony would be limited to about 100 people drawn from a wide array of groupings, with a live broadcast on radio and television.
It will also be on a Livestream across social media and on the John Dramani Mahama described as standard bearer’s various media handles and pages @JDMahama.
