Fountain University is a Private University which was LICENSED in May 2007 by the Federal Government and commenced academic activities in January, 2008.

STAFF VACANCIES

Applications are invited from suitably qualified individuals for the under listed positions:

• VICE-CHANCELLOR’S OFFICE

1. Head, Centre for Management Information System FUNTISS 9

Applicants must possess a good honours Degree in Computer Science/Electronic engineering from a recognized University. He/she must be a registered member of at least a Professional body in the relevant discipline. In addition, applicants must have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience.

1. Business Manager, Ventures Board FUNTISS 7

Applicants must possess a good honours Degree in Management Sciences from a recognized University. A Master’s Degree in Public or Business Administration will be an added advantage. He/she must be creative in introducing revenue generating ventures for the University. In addition, applicants must submit a proposal of between 400 and 500 words stating his project/business plan.

iii. Chief Security Officer FUNTISS 8

Applicants must be someone with at least 15 years working experience in a security, military, or para-military establishment. He should not be more than 55 years of age by June 2018.

(B) REGISTRY

1. Public Relations Officer FUNTISS 7

Applicants must possess a good honours Degree in the Humanities/Social Sciences from a recognized University with excellent communication and interpersonal relations skills. He/she must be a registered member of at least a Professional body in the relevant discipline. In addition, applicants must be Computer literate and have a good understanding of Information and Communication Technology as applicable to information generation, transmission, and corporate imaging.

1. Hostel Managers FUNTISS 7

Applicants must possess a good Honours Degree from a recognized University in the Arts/Sciences. A Master’s Degree in Public Administration or Social Welfare will be an advantage. In addition, applicants must have good human relations skills and be able to interact with students and staff effectively.
