Popular Ghanaian songstress and entrepreneur Belinda Nana Ekua Amoah, popularly called Mzbel, has disclosed that her years of sacrificing for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) have yielded no results.
Speaking to Nana Romeo on UTV, an emotional Mzbel reiterated how she had to personally lobby to perform but to no avail.

She stressed that in her quest to be recognized by the party, she went the extra mile to invest her money, but her sacrifices and support were overlooked by leaders of the NDC.
“I have supported the NDC with my own money, but I haven’t received anything from them, not even a chance to perform at their events, even if I lobbied for it,” she said.
Mzbel is among the creatives who genuinely express their love for the NDC and campaigned massively for the party during the 2024 general election.
According to her, she was born into a family of party members and has also followed suit.
Prior to the 2016 general elections, Mzbel was seen on various NDC campaign platforms, where she officially announced her campaign songs for the NDC and President John Mahama.
