It’s not my style to lament and shift blame – Mahama on fixing the broken economy

In his first State of the Nation Address, President John Dramani Mahama has assured the people of Ghana that addressing the country’s economic challenges is a top priority for his administration.

He emphasized that instead of complaining or blaming others, he is committed to confronting the nation’s difficulties head-on and finding viable solutions.

President Mahama reiterated that his approach to leadership is not about pointing fingers but taking responsibility and working towards tangible results.

He expressed confidence in his ability to reset the country and its economy for the benefit of all Ghanaians, ensuring that progress is made not just for a select few but for everyone.

“This is what the people of Ghana voted me to do,” he said, stressing his dedication to restoring the economy and improving the livelihoods of citizens.

The President’s speech is seen as a signal of hope and determination to steer the nation toward a better future despite the current economic challenges.
