According to her, the thought of pursuing a career in healthcare sometimes makes her question whether she should continue with athletics.
She stressed that, though, and sometimes has doubts if her dream of becoming a nurse is possible.
“I want to be a nurse, but I don’t know if I can go ahead. I am an athlete, and I keep asking myself if an athlete can become a nurse. That is why sometimes I want to leave sports because I want to become a nurse in the near future,” she told Akoma Sports.
Her statement has sparked conversations among sports lovers and students, with many encouraging her to chase both dreams if possible.
Some also believe that with determination and proper support, she can successfully combine athletics with her academic goals.
