Helpless Bawumia to finally break silence tonight on depreciating cedi

Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will finally break silence tonight on his much taunted locked up cedi.

Vice president Bawumia will today 7pm at the Centre Department of Economics, Legon hold a conference titled “Cedi Conference”. It has not being spelt out clearly what the Cedi Conference entails but the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) parliamentary candidate for Bolga central, Isaac Adongo will be in the waiting room to defuse what Bawumia has to say to Ghanaians. One thing Ghanaians are expecting from Isaac Agongo is a recall for a debate though he has previously challenged him to a one on one debate but Bawumia has since gained fluency in silence.

However, as it is about 12 days to the 2020 general election Dr. Bawumia has finally regained his lost economic prowess that couldn’t prevent the cedis from depreciating. As the chairman of the economic management team vice president Bawumia couldn’t handle the troubling cedis and president Akuffo Addo had to finally setup a 38 member team to join Bawumia in finding a lasting solution to the depreciating cedis that was inaugurated by the Finance Minister on 20th January 2020.

In a more surprising manner, the cedis is still depreciating to the dollar in a covid 19 era with the with the 38 member committee still working. As they say the sweetness of the budding is in the eating, Ghanaians are waiting to hear from the helpless vice president.
