The Phobians have completed the signing of Salifu Ibrahim after he signed a three-year contract on Friday, 26th February 2021.
Salifu Ibrahim is currently on a 3-year deal with the Phobians after completing the switch from 11 Wonders.
The 20-year-old midfielder has been close to the top of Hearts wish list for many months though Medeama later expressed interest in him and also pushed for a deal.
The midfielder is one of the stars of this season’s league after exhibiting classic performances on the field of play, even more earning him a call in C.K. Akonnor’s (Black Stars coach) team for the upcoming AFCON qualifiers against South Africa and Sao Tome.
Hearts of Oak are expected to release an official announcement about the star in the coming days as he joins the team in training on Monday 29th February 2021.
