H.E. Dr. Gabriel Tanko Kwamigah-Atokple, distinguished Council of State member representing the Volta Region, has warmly congratulated Bright Solomon Kumordzie, the NDC Constituency Chairman for Ketu South, on his appointment as Deputy High Commissioner of the Republic of Ghana to Togo.
