The mega-project, fully funded by the UAE’s Ports, Customs and Free Zones Corporation (PCFC), will be situated on land provided by Ghana. Construction is scheduled to begin in 2026, with completion expected by the end of 2027.

Ambassador Almandoos, while outlining the scope of the hub, stressed the mutual benefits for both countries. He encouraged telecom and tech firms to set up shop within the hub, offering them UAE licenses as added incentives.
