DRIP contract inflated over over $100 million – Ablakwa discovers

Member of Parliament for the North Tongu Constituency, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has revealed that the Nana Addo-Bawumia led government inflated the contract for the procurement of the equipments for the District Road Improvement Programme (DRIP).

According to the MP tireless investigations has revealed that the cost of equipment procured for the project was inflated by $102 million (GH₵1.6 billion) instead of an actual total amount of $76.6 million.
