DON’T PANIC: Armed Forces assures recruitment applicants as results are released in Phases

The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has urged applicants in the ongoing nationwide recruitment exercise to remain calm and patient, assuring them that notifications on medical screening and final selection are being released gradually.

In an official public notice, the military high command addressed growing concerns among applicants over delays in receiving feedback, stressing that the recruitment process is still underway and progressing as planned.

According to the statement, results and medical information are being communicated in phases, a move the GAF says is necessary to manage the large number of applicants and ensure accuracy and transparency throughout the process.

“If you have not yet received your medical information or final results, remain calm and patient. The process is ongoing, and your turn will come,” the statement said.

The Ghana Armed Forces advised applicants to regularly check the phone numbers and email addresses they provided during the application process, as official notifications will be sent through those channels.

Applicants were also cautioned to rely solely on official GAF communication platforms, warning that the recruitment exercise is strictly merit-based and free of charge. The military reiterated that it does not engage intermediaries and urged applicants to be wary of individuals claiming they can influence the process.

The recruitment exercise, which attracts thousands of young Ghanaians seeking to enlist in the Army, Navy and Air Force, remains one of the most competitive selection processes in the country.

The GAF assured the public that all qualified applicants will be duly informed of their status as the recruitment exercise progresses, reaffirming its commitment to fairness, transparency and professionalism.
