The Head of Marketing and Public Affairs of Ghana Ports and Harbors Authority, Josephine Asante has been murdered in cold blood after a senior staff party.
Ms. Josephine Asante was said to have been trailed by assassins into her Community 25 home in Tema where they managed to have access to her bedroom and stabbed her multiple times with a knife.
It is not yet clear those who committed this heinous crime which happened on Saturday midnight after she returned from Senior Staff Party of the Ghana Ports.
It was said that after killing her, the killers locked her inside the bedroom and threw the key into the main compound of her home.
According to reports, her children broke down the door to find her dead in a pool of blood after they were unable to reach her in the morning.
The incident has been reported to Police who have taken custody of the body for investigation.
Last two weeks, it has been reported that one of the top Managers of the Ghana Water Company Limited (GWCL) was shot dead by unknown assailants in Gbangu in the East Mamprusi District of the Northern Region.
the late Joseph Migal Jinjel who was the Deputy Distribution Manager of Accra East Region of GWCL was traveling to his hometown in the Bunkpurugu District when he was stopped by the hoodlums in the night who after barricading the road with pieces of wood, pulled him out of his cross country vehicle and shot him to death.
