Award-winning Ghanaian young health professional and entrepreneur, Dr. Raphael Nyarkotey Obu has lost his 66year old father in the late hours of today, June 9, 2018 at the Shai Osudoku District Hospital at Dodowa in the Greater Accra Region.

The late Micheal Nyarkotey Obu, a professional teacher who retired about 5years ago was the current New Patriotic Party (NPP) Polling Station Chairman at Dodowa in the Shai Osudoku Constituency.
This is said to be very instrumental in the development of the party in the constituency.
His son, Dr. Raphael Nyarkotey Obu is Founder and Chancellor of Nyarkotey College of Holistic Medicine and the President of the Alternative Medicine Association.
