Bawumia, NPP leadership start nationwide ‘Thank You Tour’ April 23

The New Patriotic Party (NPP) is set to embark on a nationwide “Thank You Tour” starting April 23, 2025, at the party’s headquarters in Accra.

This initiative, endorsed by the NPP’s National Council, aims to express heartfelt gratitude to party members and the general public for their unwavering and unflinching support during the 2024 general elections.

The tour, aptly themed “In All Things, Give Thanks to God” (1 Thessalonians 5:18), reflects the party’s commitment to acknowledging divine guidance and fostering unity within its ranks.

Spanning all sixteen regions of Ghana, the tour will feature series of regional and constituency gatherings, providing a platform for party faithful to engage directly with the leadership of the party.

The Ashanti Region, a key stronghold of the party, will host a three-day program from April 29 to May 1, 2025, underscoring its political significance.

The tour is scheduled to conclude in the Central Region on June 4, 2025.

According to Henry Nana Boakye, the National Organiser of the NPP, the “tour will culminate in national interfaith thanksgiving services that include both Christian and Islamic religions, fostering a spirit of gratitude and reflection.”

The NPP has encouraged its members and supporters to participate actively in the tour events within their respective regions and constituencies, emphasizing the importance of coming together to express gratitude and reflect on the party’s journey.

This nationwide tour serves as a testament to the party’s dedication to its supporters and its commitment to maintaining a strong connection with the grassroots.
