A 32-year-old woman who has been identified as Jenifer Miya has taken her own life in Atebubu Amanteng in the Bono East Region.
According to the brother of the deceased, Jeniffer who left behind a child had tried killing herself on a number of occasions in the past.
He however took a knife she had attempted using to kill her sled with.
Unfortunately, yesterday he was at work when he received a distress call that his sister has hanged herself to death.
The body is currently at the morgue awaiting autopsy while the Atebubu Amanteng Divisional Police Command investigates the matter.
