Atta Akyea strips Dampare naked; says Ghanaians will be shocked if…

The former Member of Parliament for Akim Abuakwa South, Samuel Atta Akyea has reacted to the removal of Dr. George Akufo-Dampare from office as the Inspector General of Police.

In a Facebook post, the former Works and Housing Minister said “If you know the dossier on Dampare which was placed on the table of president Akufo-Addo u will be shocked  why he was romancing such evil.”

According to Mr. Atta Akyea, there is a far difference between reputation and character adding that one can pay good money to prop reputation so the world will believe

He went ahead to accuse Speaker Bagbin and NDC’s James Agalga of doing everything possible to protect the IGP.

He however commended President Mahama for displaying modicum of common sense in removing Dampare.

At least Mahama is displaying a modicum of common sense: How can u be disloyal to Akufo Addo,your appointor, and be loyal to me?

If readers can recall, Mr. Atta Akyea was the Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee that investigated the leaked tape on the plot to remove the then IGP Dampare.
