The head coach of Aduana Stars Football Club, Aristică Cioabă, says he is confident the club will come good as the season gradually unfolds.

The Dormaa-Ahenkro-based outfit have been winless in their last two meetings with Hohoe United and Medeama SC, where both games ended in stalemates (0-0 and 1-1), respectively.

Aduana Stars’ last win was a hard-fought 4-2 victory via spot kicks against Asante Kotoko in the MTN FA Cup final in early February.

However, their eagerness to put their winning boots on has become a tough task for the Romanian trainer, who believes togetherness will pave the way for the club to return to winning ways.

According to him, there are twists and turns in football, urging players to believe in their abilities and work hard.

Speaking to Aduana Stars TV ahead of their matchday 24 fixture, Aristică Cioabă says the title race is not over while the season is still in progress; collectively, things can change for the club.

He called on fans to remain calm and stay together as one unified family.

“I have a message for the Ogya family: we must stay together as one family. The season is not over yet, and in football things can change very quickly. What matters now is unity, belief, and hard work. Together we can turn things around,” he said.

Aduana Stars will welcome Dreams FC to the Aban Agyeman Badu I Park in Dormaa Ahenkro for their Ghana Premier League matchday 24 clash on Sunday, March 1.

The Ogya lads are currently 5th on the league log with 38 points; a win at home will bring back their confidence and keep their title hopes alive.
