Antoine Semenyo Scores Again as Manchester City Draw 2-2 with Tottenham

Ghanaian international, Antoine Semenyo continued with his impressive scoring form for Manchester City in their 2-2 stalemate with Tottenham on Sunday.

It was Semenyo’s fourth goal in five games for the Sky Blues since he joined in early January 2026. Looking to close up the gap on leaders Arsenal, City took an early lead in the 11th minute from Rayan Cherki’s strike.
In the dying embers of the first half, City doubled their lead, thanks to a decent finish from Semenyo who fed on Bernardo Silva’s assist.
Thomas Frank and his charges returned from the break with intense pressure and pulled one back through Dominic Solanke in the 53rd minute.
The English forward marked his brace to level the score in the 70th minute to cancel Semenyo’s late first half goal.
Semenyo has been City best player in their last five games, scoring against Exeter in the FA Cup with an assist, Newcastle in the Carabao Cup,  Wolves and Tottenham in the Premiership.
He joined from Bournemouth in a five-and-half deal worth £64 million.
